About Us

We are a mother and daughter team creating ceramic art. It began with my mother's decision to take a pottery class several years ago. She majored in art in college and taught ceramics for a few years following, but moved on to start her own painting business with my father.   In the past few years, she sought a way to express her creativity and came back to her roots in ceramics.  Pottery proved to be the perfect medium for her. It was a hobby that enabled her to work with her hands and we both quickly fell in love with the organic elegance of her designs.

Our designs feature traditional stoneware ceramic in the form of bowls, plates, vases, and kitchenware.  Our roots lie in functional pottery that is both useful and beautiful.  Therefore, all of our pottery is wheel thrown or hand built, hand carved, glazed, and fired.  It is all food, dishwasher, and oven safe.  We want it to be used and enjoyed.

As we continued to work with the clay and create new designs, our own signature style began to evolve.  We focus on a color palette that is vibrant and energetic.  We especially love how hand carved elements add movement and interest to a piece and transform each piece into a unique work of art.
