February Giveaway!

Time for another Stone Lotus Pottery giveaway. This time we chose this new set of coasters glazed in walnut spice. It is a sample of some of the new glazes and pieces we're adding in February. See our last post for a preview of the latest. They will be making their way into the shop over the next several days. The coyote blue bowl and the spring green plate are already there.

Hop on over to the shop and tell us your favorite glaze color or combination of colors. Is it the bold oxblood red? Or the soothing greens like aribe? Or the glossy black shiga and white in our jewelry? Leave a comment on this post telling us what you think and an email address or link to your blog (we have to let you know if you win after all : ) We'll pick a winner in a week on Friday, February 13, so enter now for your chance to win these coasters....

Get a second chance to win if you post a link to our shop and giveaway on your blog. Just leave a second comment letting us know and we'll enter your name twice!

Only available for shipment within the U.S. You must leave a way for us to contact you in order to win. Once notified of winning, you have one week to provide a shipping address or we'll pick another winner. Good luck!

The old proverb says that the eyes are the window of the soul. When I saw the picture of the new coyote blue flared rim bowl, I immediately thought of that saying. When I looked at the bowl, I thought of an eye that peered into the soul of the potter. The clay begins as a lump, but it is the soul of the potter that creates a beautiful piece of pottery.

My favorite colors would have to be Teal Blue, Spring Green, Medium Rich Blue and Cobalt and their accompanying "trims". However, I think all the pieces and the different hues are absolutely lovely!
